Focus on Quality and Environment

The environment is our priority. We have installed systems to reduce water consumption and we control emissions of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) through incineration. We participate in the development of compostable inks and OPP coex biodegradable films.

We have implemented strict procedures and rules allowing us to control hygiene and safety standards.

OREP Packaging have obtained:

• The BRC IoP certification, a referential specialised in food packaging and including the evaluation of microbiological, chemical and physical dangers as well as of malicious acts. Grade A (No non-conformity) certification obtained. Annual audit carried out on site by an accredited third party.
• The Green Printed label (and QR code), testifies to our commitment to reduce the environmental impact associated with printing activities. Five criteria are considered:
• elimination of all waste
• secure storage of hazardous liquids and products
• no use of toxic products within the company
• environmental awareness action
• energy consumption monitoring
• Many other industry certifications (Flexo star, Prestige Hélio, Oppack ...)
